2.      16.6.2011.                    Heard Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                     petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n
                                      The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with<\/p>\n
                     Saur Bazar P.S. Case No.12 of 2011 for the offence under section<\/p>\n
                     307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed<\/p>\n
                     for grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n
                                      Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the<\/p>\n
                     occurrence both the parties have participated and even petitioner had<\/p>\n
                     also sustained injury. From the side of the petitioner also a first<\/p>\n
                     information report vide Saur Bazar P.S. Case No.13 of 2011 was<\/p>\n
                     lodged against the informant side. It was further submitted that even<\/p>\n
                     injury sustained on the head of the informant was caused by hard<\/p>\n
                     and blunt substance.\n<\/p>\n
                                      In view of the facts and circumstances of the case<\/p>\n
                     particularly the fact that the cases were lodged by both sides, the<\/p>\n
                     petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n
                     furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                     amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n
                     Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No.12 of 2011.<\/p>\n
