(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The petitioner-S.S.Public School, Popran, District Karnal,<\/p>\n<p>through its President has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to grant permanent recognition to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>             After notice of motion, Ms.Kirti Singh, AAG, Haryana has put<\/p>\n<p>in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1,2 and 4. She has placed on<\/p>\n<p>record a copy of the letter dated 16.7.2009 written by the Commissioner &amp;<\/p>\n<p>Director General School Education, Haryana to Advocate General, Haryana<\/p>\n<p>in which it has been stated that petitioner-School has been granted<\/p>\n<p>permanent recognition by respondent No.2, i.e. Director General, School<\/p>\n<p>Education, Haryana vide its order dated 30.5.2009. In view of the said<\/p>\n<p>order, counsel for respondents No.1,2 and 4 states that the writ petition has<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">             C.W.P.
