Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :13\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                              R.BASANT, J\n                       ------------------------------------\n                        B.A.No.7643 of 2007\n                      -------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 13th day of December, 2007\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application for regular bail. Petitioner faces allegations in a<\/p>\n<p>crime registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 468<\/p>\n<p>and 471 I.P.C. The petitioner had earlier come before this Court<\/p>\n<p>with an application for anticipatory bail and by common order<\/p>\n<p>dated 30.10.07 in B.A.Nos.6507 &amp; 6508 of 2007, the said<\/p>\n<p>application was dismissed.            The petitioner has subsequently<\/p>\n<p>surrendered on 29.11.07.           He continues in custody from that<\/p>\n<p>date.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I<\/p>\n<p>am satisfied that the petitioner can be granted regular bail now<\/p>\n<p>subject to appropriate terms and conditions.                 I have already<\/p>\n<p>adverted to facts in detail in the common order dated 30.10.07.<\/p>\n<p>This order must be read in continuation of the said order. I am<\/p>\n<p>not hence adverting to facts in any greater detail in this order.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, this application is allowed.                 The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall be released on bail on the following terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.7643 of 2007              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      i)    The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for<\/p>\n<p>the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate;<\/p>\n<p>      ii)   The petitioner shall make himself available for<\/p>\n<p>interrogation before the Investigating Officer between 10 a.m and<\/p>\n<p>12 noon on all Mondays and Fridays for a period of two months<\/p>\n<p>and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>in writing to do so.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Hand over a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             (R.BASANT, JUDGE)<br \/>\nrtr\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court T.P.Siddique vs The State Of Kerala on 13 December, 2007 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl No. 7643 of 2007() 1.
