In the statement dated 10th December,<\/p>\n<p>2007 filed by the 4th respondent, it has been stated that the final<\/p>\n<p>bills of the petitioner are being settled by the Railways Financial<\/p>\n<p>Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer in terms of the rules governing<\/p>\n<p>the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
