Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :05\/01\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n            ------------------------------------------------------\n                     B.A. NO. 7592 OF 2009\n            ------------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 5th day of January, 2009\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Apprehending arrest by the Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruvalla<\/p>\n<p>Police Station or by any other police officer, on account of a crime<\/p>\n<p>registered by Thiruvalla Police, on an accusation of having<\/p>\n<p>committed non-bailable offence, the petitioner has filed this<\/p>\n<p>application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure.     In the Bail Application, it is stated that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner had business dealings with S.A.Sulaiman, Prabhath<\/p>\n<p>Parameswaran and Reji V.Varghese while he was in U.A.E. When<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner came to India in the month of July, 2009, they<\/p>\n<p>threatened the petitioner that he would be implicated in a criminal<\/p>\n<p>case. It is also stated that the petitioner was forced to sign certain<\/p>\n<p>agreements at their instance. The petitioner apprehends that he will<\/p>\n<p>be arrested on the basis of a petition filed by Sulaiman, Prabhath<\/p>\n<p>Parameswaran and Reji Varghese or any one or more of them.<\/p>\n<p>       Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no crime is<\/p>\n<p>registered against the petitioner in the Thiruvalla Police Station and<\/p>\n<p>B.A. NO. 7592 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p>                                     :: 2 ::\n<\/p>\n<p>that there is no intention to arrest the petitioner.
