MISHRA\n                                   ------\n        For the Petitioners        :        Mr. A.K.Chaturvedi, Advocate\n        For the State              :        Mr. A.K.Prasad, A.P.P.\n                                     ------\n\n2\/ 21.10.2011<\/pre>\n<p>          Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the<br \/>\n        Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under<br \/>\n        Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the<br \/>\n        Arms Act, in connection with Parsudih (Bagbera) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2011<br \/>\n        corresponding to G.R. No. 968 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The case relates to murder of one Ganesh Mardi, in which 23 male<br \/>\n        accused persons and 7 female accused persons including these petitioners, apart<br \/>\n        from 10 other unnamed persons were made accused. There is omnibus allegation<br \/>\n        against the petitioners in the F.I.R.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners,<br \/>\n        Dangi Mardi and Salho Soren, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above,<br \/>\n        are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<br \/>\n        thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\n        learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Parsudih<br \/>\n        (Bagbera) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 968 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 ( H. C.
