(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>1.           This appeal has been preferred against the order of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Single Judge dismissing the writ petition against order of transfer dated<\/p>\n<p>13.2.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.           Case of the petitioner is that in a period of 2-1\/2 years, he has<\/p>\n<p>been transferred eight times. His transfer is not for exigencies of service but<\/p>\n<p>for extraneous considerations. Learned counsel refers to transfer orders<\/p>\n<p>Annexures P-1 to P-8. He submits that the transfer order was against<\/p>\n<p>government instructions.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.           Appellant has joined at the transferred place at Hisar. His<\/p>\n<p>grievance now is that he apprehends transfer in future having regard to the<\/p>\n<p>past record of 2-1\/2 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.           In view of the stand of the appellant that he has already joined<\/p>\n<p>at the place of transfer and his main grievance which survives is against<\/p>\n<p>apprehended transfer, we do not find any ground to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>impugned order. If appellant is again transferred, he would be at liberty to<br \/>\n L.P.A. No. 790 of 2009                           [2]<\/p>\n<p>take his remedy in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
