It is submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>matter has been settled between the parties. In pursuance of the<\/p>\n<p>settlement, the appellant has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.3,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees three thousand only) from the respondents for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>construction of a compound wall in his property so as to prevent the<\/p>\n<p>respondents from encroaching upon his land. It is further agreed<\/p>\n<p>between the parties that the respondents will not encroach upon the<\/p>\n<p>property of the appellant any more.<\/p>\n<p>      As per the agreement between the parties, respondents have<\/p>\n<p>paid Rs.3,000\/-(Rupees three thousand only) to the appellant today in<\/p>\n<p>our presence.    The appellant will give notice to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>before starting construction of the compound wall so that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents will be able to ensure that the compound wall is put up in<\/p>\n<p>the proper place.
