RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 ======================\n                 Bail Application No. 1338 of 2010\n                =======================\n                Dated this the 6th day of April, 2010.\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner who is the 6th accused in Crime No. 345 of 2000 of<\/p>\n<p>Iritty Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147,<\/p>\n<p>148, 341, 324 and 307 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Consequent on the non-appearance of the       petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>L.P. No.46 of 2003 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I,<\/p>\n<p>Mattannur non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.   Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to nullify the process<\/p>\n<p>issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.   There is no reason why<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner should not surrender before the Magistrate and seek<\/p>\n<p>regular bail.
