No.14103 of 2010\n                   GYAN CHANDRA MANDAL SON OF LATE PRABHU MANDAL\n                                             Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.     25.6.2010                 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 354, 379 and 307\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner appears to have misused the privilege of<\/p>\n<p>                   bail while on bail in the Criminal Appeal filed against his conviction<\/p>\n<p>                   u\/s.302 I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In view of such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and<\/p>\n<p>                   conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                   receipt of a copy of this order in view of the fact that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is in custody since 6.1.2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             ( Anjana Prakash, J. )<\/p>\n<p>     Narendra\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Gyan Chandra Mandal vs The State Of Bihar on 25 June, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
