P.\n\n\n04\/19.08.2011<\/pre>\n<p>         Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<br \/>\n                counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners are an accused in a case for the<br \/>\n                offence registered under Sections 302\/34 of the Indian Penal<br \/>\n                Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that<br \/>\n                the prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by a<br \/>\n                Bench of this Court. He has further submitted that the<br \/>\n                petitioners are in custody since long, but till date, trial has<br \/>\n                not been concluded.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Mr. Shekhar Sinha, learned counsel for the State<br \/>\n                has submitted that it has come in the impugned order that<br \/>\n                the trial is at the stage of conclusion, as it is fixed for<br \/>\n                argument.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Report was called for from the court concerned<br \/>\n                regarding the stage of the trial. It has come, which shows<br \/>\n                that the argument of the prosecution has already been<br \/>\n                concluded and for the defence, it was fixed on 08.08.2011<br \/>\n                            Considering all these aspects, I am not inclined to<br \/>\n                grant bail to the petitioner.
