No.23222 of 2010 (C)\n            ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 26th day of July, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner states that he retired from service on<\/p>\n<p>30\/06\/2008 as Special Grade Secretary of Dharmadam Grama<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat. According to him, his terminal benefits have not been<\/p>\n<p>disbursed so far and therefore, he has filed Ext.P1 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the 3rd respondent. It is stated that the representation also<\/p>\n<p>remains unattended. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the above, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P1.
