SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 02\/07\/2008 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tCriminal<br \/>\nMisc.Application No.14427 of 2007 is filed by the two accused of<br \/>\ncomplaint being C.R.No.I-122 of 2007 for releasing them on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tCriminal<br \/>\nMisc.Application No.14865 of 2007 is filed by the original<br \/>\ncomplainant for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Trial<br \/>\nCourt to some of the accused of the aforesaid complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tCriminal<br \/>\nMisc.Application No.15741 of 2007 is filed by the State, challenging<br \/>\nthe order passed by the learned Trial Court releasing some of the<br \/>\naccused on bail, i.e. cancellation of bail and as per roster matters<br \/>\npertaining to cancellation of bail is assigned to some other Bench.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tAs<br \/>\nall the aforesaid three applications are arising out of the same<br \/>\ncomplaint and same offence, it is desirable that all the three<br \/>\napplications are heard together by the same Bench.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, stand over to 4th July, 2008.
