No.22379 of 2011\n                                          Surendra Ram\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3       25-07-2011              It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     that in the first paragraph of order No. 2 dated 18.07.2011, in<\/p>\n<p>                     place of &#8220;Dumariya Ghat&#8221;, it has inadvertently been typed as<\/p>\n<p>                     &#8220;Dumariyaganj&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The order No. 2 dated 18.07.2011 is corrected to the<\/p>\n<p>                     extent that &#8220;Dumariyaganj&#8221; mentioned in the first paragraph of<\/p>\n<p>                     the order, be read as &#8220;Dumariya Ghat.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Let the order be communicated to the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Dumariya Ghat P.S.
