Justice M.L.JOSEPH FRANCIS\n\n Dated :12\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n          K.M.JOSEPH &amp; M.L.JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n        ------------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.( C) No.8106 of 2010-R\n            ----------------------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 12th day of March, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>K.M.Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>             The prayer in this writ petition is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>    &#8220;a)      to  call  for  the   records   in  O.P.No.570\/2005,<\/p>\n<p>    M.C.No.45\/2006, O.P.No.83\/2006 and O.P.295\/2006 pending<\/p>\n<p>    before the Family Court Judge, Kannur to deliver judgments in<\/p>\n<p>    the above cases as expeditiously as possible in the interest of<\/p>\n<p>    justice.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>               2.    We got a report from the Family Court,<\/p>\n<p>Kannur. The learned Judge, after verification informed that<\/p>\n<p>O.P.No.570\/2005      and    connected     cases    are   posted    to<\/p>\n<p>20.3.2010 and that it will be disposed of on that date.
