JOSEPH, J.\n\n             ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                  W.P.(C) No. 21523 OF 2008 K\n             ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n               Dated this the 17th day of July, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner calls in question Exts.P6, P9 and P10.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P9 is the order dated 30.6.2008 passed apparently under<\/p>\n<p>section 126 of the Electricity Act. Ext.P10 is the communication<\/p>\n<p>from the Assistant Engineer by which the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>called upon to pay the amount by 21.7.2008 failing which the<\/p>\n<p>electric connection will be disconnected.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>standing counsel.      There is a right of appeal to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>which can be exercised within thirty days from the date of the<\/p>\n<p>order. Learned standing counsel points out that the petitioner can<\/p>\n<p>file appeal on or before 30.7.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In such circumstances, writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>relegating the petitioner to pursue the appellate remedy available<\/p>\n<p>under section 127 of the Act.
