Office situated at Chhatral \tMehsana<br \/>\nHighway, Opp. Torrent, Village-\tRajpur,Taluka-Kadi, District\n<\/p>\n<p>-Mehsana, except \trecords, and seeking for the direction to make<br \/>\n\tarrangement  for measurement of the land at the \tcost of the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThis<br \/>\nCourt had passed an order on 13\/8\/2008 \tdirecting the Official<br \/>\nLiquidator  to inform \tthe \tdate and time of the handing over the<br \/>\n\tpossession of the  land to the applicant and in \tany case, the<br \/>\npossession  should be handed \tover on or before 22\/8\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator has filed his report  \tdated 21\/8\/08, wherein he<br \/>\nhas stated that the \tOfficial  liquidator had informed the applicant<br \/>\n\tby \tlatter dated 18\/8\/08 for handing over the \tland to the applicant<br \/>\non 20\/8\/08. Accordingly he \thad deputed a person at the time of<br \/>\nhanding \tover the possession on 20\/8\/2008 and the \tpossession was in<br \/>\nfact handed over to the \tapplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.K.Pahwa Learned advocate for the \tapplicant states that applicant<br \/>\nhas received  \tthe possession of the land in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator further stated that,  \tthe title documents of the<br \/>\nproperties sold to \tthe \tapplicant are lying with the secured<br \/>\n\tcreditor \tbeing Punjab National Bank. Therefore, \tthe said \tsecured<br \/>\ncreditor may be directed to \tgive the \tsaid documents to the Official<br \/>\n\tLiquidator so that the Official Liquidator can \thandover the \tsaid<br \/>\ndocuments to the applicant. \tThe \twhole exercise is to be completed<br \/>\nwithin one \tmonth from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tAs<br \/>\nfar as the measurement of land is concerned, \tsince the possession of<br \/>\nthe land in question, is \twith the applicant, the applicant can<br \/>\ncertainly \tmake necessary  arrangement   for measurement  \tof \tthe<br \/>\nland at his cost from DILR or any other \tagency.\n<\/p>\n<p>Subject<br \/>\n\tto the above directions and observations, this Company Application<br \/>\n\tstands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>(K.A.PUJ,J)<\/p>\n<p>*sHELAT<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Kraze vs O on 22 August, 2008 Author: K.A.Puj,&amp;Nbsp;
