No. 14619<br \/>\n                   of 2010, the writ petitioner has preferred the present Appeal under<br \/>\n                   Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The subject matter of dispute is the award of a retail<br \/>\n                   dealership of petroleum products by the respondent M\/s Hindustan<br \/>\n                   Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as &#8216;the<br \/>\n                   Corporation&#8217;) in the Telia Talab area in the town of Munger and<br \/>\n                   Nauagarhi More. The appellant-writ petitioner claims that the land<br \/>\n                   offered by her was in accordance with the advertisement and she<br \/>\n                   should have been allotted the dealership. The respondent<br \/>\n                   Corporation asserts that none of the applicants offered the land in<br \/>\n                   the above referred Telia Talab area. Thus, the location of the land<br \/>\n                   offered by the appellant is a disputed question; that cannot be<br \/>\n                   decided in a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned advocate Mr. Rabindra Nath Kanth has<br \/>\n                   appeared for the Corporation. He has submitted that pursuant to<br \/>\n                   the impugned direction the Corporation has re-advertised the<br \/>\n                   dealership in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    In view of the aforesaid development also, the<br \/>\n                   Appeal is dismissed in limine.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    We may note that the appellant may participate in the<br \/>\n                   fresh proceeding pursuant to the above referred advertisement<br \/>\n                   dated 22nd September 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                      (R.M.
