Misc. no.20949 of 2010. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>                        in the second paragraph of the aforesaid order in place of Sub Divisional<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, it should be Addl. Chief<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                        30.6.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. no.20949 of 2010 is modified to the<\/p>\n<p>                        extent that in place of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda,<\/p>\n<p>                        Biharsharif, it should be read as Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa,<\/p>\n<p>                        Nalanda. Time for surrendering in the court below by the petitioners is<\/p>\n<p>                        extended by one month more.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Let this order as well as the order dated 30.6.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                        Cr.
