Dalsingsarai, District Samastipur.\n                                                                    .........Peitioners\n\n                                       Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                                  .......Opposite Party\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   14-12-2010                Heard learned counsel for the three petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                       and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners are named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                       instituted on basis of Complaint Case No. 278 of 2010, send<\/p>\n<p>                       before police under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. for the reasons<\/p>\n<p>                       mentioned in the order of learned Sessions Judge.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                       case, in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                       below within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order,<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioners, namely, Ram Babu Ray, Sobha Kant Ray &amp; Raj<\/p>\n<p>                       Kishore Singh @ Bablu Singh, are directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>                       on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>                       only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                       satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Dalsingsarai at Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai<\/p>\n<p>          P.S.
