SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=\n                       W.P.(C) No. 37724 of 2009\n                =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=\n                Dated this the 30th day of December, 2009\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioner is the claimant in O.P.(MV) No.854 of 2003 before the<\/p>\n<p>Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pala. Ext.P1 award has been passed in<\/p>\n<p>that claim petition, awarding compensation to the petitioner. His grievance<\/p>\n<p>in this writ petition is that despite issue of Ext.P2 revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>certificate by the Tribunal, respondents 2 and 3 are not taking appropriate<\/p>\n<p>steps to recover the amount covered by Ext.P1 award.<\/p>\n<p>        2. Learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent who is the owner<\/p>\n<p>of the vehicle involved in the accident, which led to Ext.P1 award, submits<\/p>\n<p>that the amount would be deposited before the Tribunal within three<\/p>\n<p>months.\n<\/p>\n<p>        This submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                                      S.
