Gaur for the complainant.\n******\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor for the State, learned counsel for the complainant and perused the relevant documents placed before me.\n<\/p>\n<p>  \t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cross cases have been registered in the present case by both the parties. In the case registered against the petitioner Section 307\/34 of IPC has been added whereas pallet injuries have been sustained by deceased on his hand and leg and not on any vital part of body. Challan has already been filed. Co-accused Mangal Singh has been enlarged on bail by coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 25.6.2010. There is no other case against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWithout expressing any opinion on the merits of this case but taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the result, this bail application u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Madho Singh S\/o Mangal Singh shall be released on bail in F.I.R. No.110\/2010, P.S. Kanchanpur, Distt.
