The<\/p>\n<p>matter pertains to classification of educational institutions under<\/p>\n<p>LT VII A commercial     tariff.  This Court has disposed of the<\/p>\n<p>connected cases, as per common judgment, dated 17.8.2009, in<\/p>\n<p>W.A.No.1064 of 2009 and connected cases, in           the following<\/p>\n<p>lines.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              &#8220;x x x x<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               22. For the various reasons stated<br \/>\n         as above, we declare that inclusion of Self<br \/>\n         Financing Educational Institutions under LT<br \/>\n         VII(A) as a commercial consumer is bad in<br \/>\n         law in so far as such differentiation is not<br \/>\n         for any of the grounds specified under<br \/>\n         Section 62(3) of the Act. Accordingly, we<br \/>\n         allow all the writ appeals and the writ<br \/>\n         petitions.
