The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to\nthe order passed as per Annexure~--D, contended that\nwhen once the petitioner is regularized in service, the\n\neffect should have been given from the date'\n\nappointment i.e., from 10.7.1985,  \n\n1.7.2008 and secondly, the eond'itions \n\nreguiarizing her services also are not applicable\"\n\npetitioner as her appoin't,r\ufb01ent was il\"1.\u00bbI\ufb013ide on\n\n1.7.2008 but she joined the'  as far' back as on\n\n10.7.1985.\n\nV for the  is that the petitioner, if at all,\n\nis aggrieved Vbythe:.\"\"-conditions of service, she has\n\na1t.ernat.e rernedy of seeking the relief from the Labour\n\nV jcogurtl VA.i:)y:'1=a__ising a dispute and, as such. the writ\n\n'-p\ufb01etition'.i's..  rnaintainable.\n\n z The learned counsel for the petitioner, in response\n\n2  to\"\u00ab.theHaforesaid contention taken in the objections \ufb01led\n\nAlgby\ufb02the respondent, submitted that, in the event of the<\/pre>\n<p>petitioner being given the liberty to raise an industrial<\/p>\n<p>iv<\/p>\n<p>5 :\n<\/p>\n<p>dispute regarding her service conditions, limitation<\/p>\n<p>ground be taken care of.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. Having thus heard both sides and as the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>satis\ufb01es the de\ufb01nition of &#8220;workman&#8221; under<\/p>\n<p>of the Industrial Disputes Act and   <\/p>\n<p>being an industry, the remedy a_vaiiabie&#8221;&#8216;to.: <\/p>\n<p>is to approach the Labour-.Court._by wagwbof <\/p>\n<p>reference under Section  of  &#8216;:I.I\ufb01f\u00a7.ACt and,<br \/>\ntherefore, this writ vvbieirnaintainable.
