He has been transferred from<\/p>\n<p>Pullarimangalam to Cheranellur, which, according to the petitioner, is<\/p>\n<p>44 kilometers away from his residence. Ext. P1 is the transfer order,<\/p>\n<p>which indicates that the transfer is as directed by the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>relying on a vigilance report.      According to the petitioner, in fact,<\/p>\n<p>Ext. P2 vigilance report absolves the petitioner of all charges against<\/p>\n<p>him. The petitioner now seeks a transfer to Primary Health Center,<\/p>\n<p>Vengoor during the next general transfer, seeking which, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext. P4.    The petitioner seeks a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>3rd respondent to consider the petitioner&#8217;s request in Ext. P4 also<\/p>\n<p>while considering transfers in the general transfer for 2011-2012.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P4 request of the petitioner also while considering<\/p>\n<p>the general transfers for the year 2011-2012.<\/p>\n<p>                                           Sd\/- S.
