Ms. Mehta made a request for adjournment<br \/>\non the ground that learned Government Pleader who is instructed to<br \/>\nappear in this matter is still held up in a part heard matter, the<br \/>\nhearing of which is in progress since 4th<br \/>\n October 2011 and the hearing of the said matter is likely to be<br \/>\nconcluded today. On such ground, learned A.G.P. requested that<br \/>\nhearing of this application may be adjourned to next week or any<br \/>\nother date convenient to this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWhen<br \/>\nthe request was made by learned A.G.P., the learned Advocates for the<br \/>\nopponents were not present. Hence, the request was not<br \/>\naccepted\/granted at that point of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNow<br \/>\nwhen the application is called out and taken up for hearing in<br \/>\nregular course\/in seriatim, Mr. Sood, learned Advocate for respondent<br \/>\nNo.2 has also requested for time on the ground that he has not<br \/>\nreceived the duly sworn\/affirmed affidavit from his client. He has<br \/>\nsubmitted that the affidavit is required to be tendered on the<br \/>\nrecord.
