if The petitioners, who were working earlier as<\/p>\n
 -..VV’Ba’l’asevikas in Border Area Project {BAP} of Government<\/p>\n
of India, were directed to be absorbed in Women & Child<\/p>\n
Development Department of the State Government and<\/p>\n
Er<\/p>\n
pursuant to the direction given by the Government of
\nIndia, the State Government accepted the said direction<\/p>\n
of the Government of india and contini.:.e_ci4:’i.the<\/p>\n
petitioners in the posts of Karnataka  <\/p>\n
Devepment and issued the or_der__as _-per” <\/p>\n
dated 13.2.2008.\n<\/p>\n
2. The main grievance ‘Voffthe petitioriersi is that,<\/p>\n
though they have towork  the Women
\n81 Child Dev_e1op3:r1ent_ :1. of the State
\n(}0vernrne1ia.t:,    on regular
\nbasisgand has also been done
\ntaking  by the petitioners from
\n1.4.2O(A)’Er date of their posting as per the<\/p>\n
a_fo:reVrrientior1’\u20ac’\u20ac’-I___QQ%Jernment Order dated 13.2.2008.<\/p>\n
‘;Therefore\u00ab,._'”‘a.__g writ of mandamus is sought to the<\/p>\n
 grant the aforesaid relief of absorption as<\/p>\n

G   The learned counsel for the petitioners referred to<\/p>\n
 the aforesaid Government Order at AnneXure–F and also<\/p>\n
to the direction given by this court earlier while<\/p>\n
if<\/p>\n

disposing of Writ Petition No. 16464 \/ 2006 on 28.2.2007
\nand submitted that, despite the direction given in the<\/p>\n
said Writ petition, and the petitioners also havinggiven<\/p>\n
various representations, nothing has  .;a_s\u00ab _<\/p>\n
regards the status or the paymhof  V\u00bb <\/p>\n
concerned. Therefore, the relief is”sought-.by\ufb02suzitable<\/p>\n

is  fact that the petitioners have been allowed to<\/p>\n
-“continue their services in the Women & Child<\/p>\n
Development Department pursuant to the Government<\/p>\n
if<\/p>\n
of India directions and the State Government also
\nhaving now issued the order as per Annexure~–F stating<\/p>\n
that the services rendered by the petitioners <\/p>\n
shall also be counted for the purpose of  <\/p>\n
therefore, necessary to reiterate the ob_servationsV’rnade” <\/p>\n
