The order passed by the learned<br \/>\nJ.M.F.C. dated 1.9.2010 directing the petitioners to return to India<br \/>\non or before the completion of period of six months i.e. 31.8.2011<br \/>\nand deposit the passports is modified to the extent that the period<br \/>\nto deposit the passports is extended for a period of one year to<br \/>\nenable the petitioners to fulfill the commitment of employment with<br \/>\ntheir companies.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
