6. Though the doctor opined, in his
\nthe fracture though united
\nmoment of the foot and had corneiithe  ,
\nsquatting and walking for  Tribunal
\ndid not assess any  the head ‘loss of
\nfuture earning   if Bf the doctor
\ndiscloses :_   ~.   iisuffered permanent<\/p>\n

  fought  have awarded compensation under<\/p>\n

disabiliityv suffered. Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n

Vghas himself opined that the 30% disability suffered is<\/p>\n

8. Having heard the learned counsel for
\nand on the basis of the materials  H
\nparticularly, the evidence of the doctor,
\ncross–examination itself the
\ncon\ufb02icting versions. At one
\ndisability is 30% compared  but at
\nanother stage, 30%i  to be to the
\nparticular limbtwltle  the fracture
\nis united.    by accepting the
\nversiori_of_ person who has treated
\nthe tolbe held that the disability<\/p>\n
of 30% sufferedllli.siir_1’lrespect of the limb. If that is so,<\/p>\n
  the’:’p.ercenxtageu “of…d.i.sabi1ity so far as the whole body is<\/p>\n
 iconcernyed be safely taken at 10% and the amount<\/p>\n
tlowlardspiof future earnings’ if calculated on that<\/p>\n
lgbasis ‘keeping in mind the multiplier applicable viz., 16<\/p>\n
 earnings of the injured found to be Rs.3,000\/–<\/p>\n
