RAMKUMAR, J.\n                   -------------------------------\n                      Bail Application No.510 of 2011\n                   -------------------------------\n                             DATED: 20.01.2011\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who are accused Nos.2 and 4 in C.C.No.1617\/2010<\/p>\n<p>on the file of the J.F.C.M-II, Kottarakkara, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.      Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners. Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to nullify<\/p>\n<p>the process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.      There is no<\/p>\n<p>reason      why the petitioners         should not surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and seek regular bail.
