RAMKUMAR, J.\n            =========================\n              Bail Application No. 1625 of 2008\n            ==========================\n           Dated this the 17th day of March, 2008.\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Crime No.87of 2008 of Thrissur Town West<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under Sections 143, 147,<\/p>\n<p>148, 341, 326 and 307 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor opposed<\/p>\n<p>the application submitting, inter alia, that the original names in<\/p>\n<p>the FIR have been substituted during the course of investigation.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of his arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the above case on his executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No. 1625\/2008              -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1. Petitioner shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n              Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n              Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2. The petitioner shall make himself available<br \/>\n              for   interrogation       including   custodial<br \/>\n              interrogation as and when      required by the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n              the   prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   he<br \/>\n              attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<br \/>\n              prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4. Petitioner shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n              on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           5.
