SANKARAN, J.\n                    ---------------------------\n                     B.A. No.105 of 2009\n                ------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 22nd day of July, 2009\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.4\/2009<\/p>\n<p>of Mannuthi Police Station. They filed this Bail Application under<\/p>\n<p>Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure apprehending<\/p>\n<p>arrest on an accusation of having committed offences under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 403, 406, 420 and 498 A read with Section 34 of the<\/p>\n<p>Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  When the Bail Application came up for hearing on<\/p>\n<p>19\/06\/2009, the counsel for the petitioners and the counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the defacto complainant submitted that the case may be posted<\/p>\n<p>for mediation. Accordingly, the matter was referred to Kerala<\/p>\n<p>High Court Legal Services Authority for placing the matter before<\/p>\n<p>the Mediation Centre. It is submitted by the counsel on either<\/p>\n<p>side that Adv. G. Krishnakumari, was appointed as Mediator. The<\/p>\n<p>Mediator persuaded the parties to arrive at a settlement. Report<\/p>\n<p>dated 20\/07\/2009 is filed by the Mediator. Now the disputes and<\/p>\n<p>differences between the parties have been amicably settled. The<\/p>\n<p>report submitted by the Mediator is taken on record.<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No.105\/2009<br \/>\n                            Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In view of the settlement as aforesaid, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor    submitted that the petitioners will not be<\/p>\n<p>arrested in Crime No.4\/2009. This submission is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>      4.    The learned counsel for the     petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the defacto complainant submitted that either<\/p>\n<p>side will pay a sum of Rs.5,000\/- each to the Mediator. This<\/p>\n<p>submission is also recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Bail application is disposed of in the above terms, in<\/p>\n<p>view of the settlement.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   K.T.
