3   5.7.2010               Petitioner’s prayer is for quashing of the order<\/p>\n
                   dated   18.9.2009    issued   by   the   Collector,   West<\/p>\n
                   Champaran, Bettiah, whereby the order passed by the<\/p>\n
                   SDO, Bettiah dated 21.8.2008 in case no. 06\/2008 has<\/p>\n
                   been upheld. Prayer of the petitioner is also for quashing<\/p>\n
                   of the order of SDO, Bettiah, cancelling his appointment<\/p>\n
                   on the post of “Gram Kachahri Sachiv” on the ground<\/p>\n
                   that on 1st January, 2008, i.e. appointment year, the age<\/p>\n
                   of petitioner was 40 years, 11 months and 29 days,<\/p>\n
                   beyond the age limit prescribed under rules for<\/p>\n
                   candidates belonging to the reserved category, for<\/p>\n
                   appointment on the post of Panchayat Secretary.<\/p>\n
                           Counsel appearing for the State is directed to<\/p>\n
                   seek instruction and file counter affidavit, for which four
\n                              2<\/span><\/p>\n
          weeks’ time is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
                   Put up for admission after four weeks’, retaining<\/p>\n
          its position, in the same list.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
