After reply of PIO, he had objection on from query no.4 to 10 which are\nfollowing:\n\nQuery no. 4. What are provision for taking action against a institute that are not on\n             standards set by Council?\n   5.     What are provisions for taking action if any institute not working under rule\n          and regulation of Council?\n   6.     What can maximum punitive action be taken if any institute does not work\n          according to guideline given time to time by the Council?\n   7.     Is inspection made before the renewal of any institution? In a year, how many\n          are times determined to be inspected?\n   8.     When was Dronacharaya College of Engineering, Noida recognized first time\n          and it is going to be completed?\n   9.     Copy of all communication regarding to recognition given by the Council to\n          above mentioned institute.\n   10.    What has action been taken by the Council against above mentioned institute\n          for not following the order letter dated 28\/01\/2009?\n\nPIO's Reply:\nPIO sent some information to the Appellant vide letter dated 18\/03\/2009.\n Copy of Approval Process for Establishment of New Institutions Offering Technical\nProgrammes attached with letter dated 27\/03\/2009 has been provided to the Appellant.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nAppellant mentioned in his first Appeal that reply regarding query no. 4 through 7 was\nnot contained in the information.\n\nIncomplete information has been provided by PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nNot enclosed.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nRequested information had not been provided in reply of query no. 4 through 7.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Subhash Chand Mittal<br \/>\nRespondent: Absent<br \/>\nSome of the queries of the Appellant do not seek information as defined under Section<br \/>\n2(f) of the RTI Act. When was Dronacharaya College of Engineering, Noida recognized?\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         2.
