Respondents\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   30.6.2011           No one appears for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>               Counsel for the State and respondent no.6<\/p>\n<p>               are present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            This        application         relating        to<\/p>\n<p>               acceptance of joining of the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>               the   post    of       Shiksha    Mitra     has   definitely<\/p>\n<p>               become infructuous, inasmuch as the post of<\/p>\n<p>               Shiksha Mitra stands abolished with effect<\/p>\n<p>               from 1.7.2006. This writ application in fact<\/p>\n<p>               was filed on 27.9.2006 and therefore, the<\/p>\n<p>               prayer of the petitioner as with regard to<\/p>\n<p>               acceptance        of    his    joining on     the    post    of<\/p>\n<p>               Shiksha Mitra cannot be allowed in view of<\/p>\n<p>               abolition of the post of Shiksha Mitra.<\/p>\n<p>                            As    with       regard   to   the     remaining<\/p>\n<p>               prayer   of        the     petitioner       to    call      for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            appointment       letter      of    respondent      no.6    and<\/p>\n<p>            quash the same as he had sought to replace<\/p>\n<p>            the   petitioner        on     18.2.2006      on    post     of<\/p>\n<p>            Shikshamitra, the writ application filed on<\/p>\n<p>            27.9.2006 by which time respondent no.6 has<\/p>\n<p>            already      been      absorbed       on     the    post    of<\/p>\n<p>            Panchayat     Shikshak         w.e.f.      1.7.2006     would<\/p>\n<p>            also not be maintainable on the ground of<\/p>\n<p>            delay in filing such writ application.
