\tAn
\naffidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.  A copy of
\nEnglish version of the Resolution is not enclosed.  Therefore,
\nlearned counsel for the respondents prays for and is allowed time
\ntill 13th
\nMay 2011 to file English version of the Resolution along with an
\naffidavit.\n<\/p>\n
\tThe present
\naffidavit contains four photographs of the land already allotted in
\nfavour of Scheduled Tribes for their rehabilitation.  Copy of the
\nsame has been served on the counsel for the petitioner.  We allow  a
\nweek’s time to the petitioner to file rejoinder.  Post the matter on
\n13th June 2011 within 10 cases.\n<\/p>\n
