Respondents\n   \nPRAYER:  Original Application No.7902 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying to call for the records in Proceedings NAKA:PAVA:1\/2882\/99 dt. 02.06.1999 and Consequential Order passed in Proceedings NAKA : PAVA: 1\/2882\/99 dt. 04.07.1999, on the file of the 1st Respondent and to quash the same and directing the 1st Respondent to review the Promotion list for the post of Deputy Block Development Officer for the Year 1999 including the petitioner's name in the Panel with all benefits from 07.07.1999 onwards. The petitioner  seeks  Notional benefits after retirement stating  that the petitioner is entitled to promotion  and monetary benefits. A representation has been given  on 11.06.1999 and 02.08.1999 to the first respondent.  The petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner will be met if such representation, is disposed of on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>R.SUDHAKAR,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                sms<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation enclosing the earlier representation to the appropriate authority and the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of three  months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
