The petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail<\/p>\n
apprehending arrest for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n
Sections 143, 504, 506, 354, 323 and l\u00e9\ufb01felfdf and<\/p>\n
under Sections 3{i) and (X) of the Scheduled Castes a<\/p>\n
and Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocities} Act,
\n1989 {hereinafter referred to as dgd and ST Ace” \u00a35;
\nshort}. V I A T<\/p>\n
2. The facts relevant for the purpose of this<\/p>\n
petition are as underE”gA’<\/p>\n
It is \u00aboVn7’2Vr5…_v’0V1.’2vQb’9__ in the morning, about 30-40
\npersons said to.haVefcadsed the assault and abused<\/p>\n
the gcomplainantl and other women belonging to<\/p>\n
\ufb02schednled caste community, dragged them on road and<\/p>\n
Kalso cansed insult by referring to their caste. In<\/p>\n
sucn_ circn\ufb01stances the complaint came to be filed<\/p>\n
l”~, and registered against the petitioner and many other<\/p>\n
“persons for the above said offences and the<\/p>\n
“”rmlFetitioner is apprehending arrest.<\/p>\n
3. It is submitted that the petitioner is
\ninnocent and has not committed any offence and that<\/p>\n
no person sustained injury in the alleged incident}\/<\/p>\n

Even as alleged in the complaint there were as many<\/p>\n
as 30–4O persons, their names are not revealed in<\/p>\n
the complaint and therefore, the petitioner ;has<\/p>\n
sought for anticipatory bail. He also submits thatpd<\/p>\n
the other accused have been, granted {bail’5by ,the<\/p>\n
Court. He is ready ands willing to vdbid\u00e9 nanf;<\/p>\n
conditions that may be Kimposed,_for :grant of
\nanticipatory bail. ddQn these grounds he has sought
\nfor anticipatory bail. if<\/p>\n

\nthe petition.ini<\/p>\n
5:3 ‘I have heard the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
petitioner g\ufb01d also the learned Government Pleader.<\/p>\n

vWcomplaint there is reference of about 30-40 persons<\/p>\n
who? are said: to have abused the complainant and<\/p>\n
oother.women folks by referring to their caste and<\/p>\n
.lowering their dignity and also assaulted them. It<\/p>\n
\u00bbIi\u00e93 submitted before the Court that no one has<\/p>\n
‘R sustained any injury in the alleged incident and the<\/p>\n
names of 30~40 persons has not been mentioned in the<\/p>\n
complaint. So, the possibility of false implication<\/p>\n
cannot be ruled out. Further there is not prima
\nfacie material against the petitioner pforlpthe
\noffence under SC and ST Act. Eating fki\ufb01\ufb01o
