No.20922 of 2011\n                                  Satyadeo Pandey\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   19\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner is one of the named accused in this complaint<\/p>\n<p>                        case relating to some transactions and question of entitlement and<\/p>\n<p>                        ownership etc.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Satyadeo Pandey, be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                        bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with<\/p>\n<p>                        two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Complaint Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                        165 (C) of 2008, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2)<\/p>\n<p>                        of the Criminal Procedure Code with additional condition to remain<\/p>\n<p>                        physically present before the court below on each and every date at<\/p>\n<p>                        least for two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier, in<\/p>\n<p>                        case of failure on two consecutive dates, without giving any<\/p>\n<p>                        reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be<\/p>\n<p>                        cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>       Praveen\/-                                 ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Satyadeo Pandey vs The State Of Bihar on 19 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
