Justice S.S.SATHEESACHANDRAN\n\n Dated :07\/10\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n            S.S.SATHEESACHANDRAN, J.\n          -----------------------------\n             Tr.P(C).No.120 OF 2009\n           --------------------------\n     Dated this the 7th day of October 2009\n     -------------------------------------\n\n\n                       ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petition  filed   for  transfer  under<\/p>\n<p>Section  24  of  the   Code  of  Civil  Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner is the wife and respondent the husband.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner seeks transfer of a review petition<\/p>\n<p>filed  in  O.P  (Guardian  and  Wards proceedings)<\/p>\n<p>numbered as O.P No.711 of 2008 pending on the file<\/p>\n<p>of the Family Court, Nedumangadu. The Family Court<\/p>\n<p>has passed an order purportedly on consent of the<\/p>\n<p>parties.  No such consent was given is the case<\/p>\n<p>pleaded by the wife\/mother of the child to seek<\/p>\n<p>review of that order.   The transfer petition was<\/p>\n<p>filed after final orders had been passed in the<\/p>\n<p>Guardian  and  Wards  proceedings,  and  what  now<\/p>\n<p>remains before the court is only review petition.<\/p>\n<p>That being so, I find it is only proper and<\/p>\n<p>Tr.P(C).No.120 OF 2009      Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>appropriate that the court which passed the final<\/p>\n<p>order, dispose of the review petition as well after<\/p>\n<p>hearing both parties.        So much so, the above<\/p>\n<p>transfer petition is closed directing the Judge,<\/p>\n<p>Family Court, Nedumangad to hear and dispose the<\/p>\n<p>review petition in the above O.P(Guardian and Wards<\/p>\n<p>proceedings) No.711\/2008 within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>order.     Petition is closed.
