APP (DB) No.706 of 2011\n                                     Ranjeet Rai\n                                        Versus\n                                   The State of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02         28.07.2011              This appeal will be heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Call for the lower Court records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is submitted that the story as originally stated in the<\/p>\n<p>                         F.I.R. is materially changed in course of investigation and trial. In<\/p>\n<p>                         the F.I.R., appellant is not named whereas soon thereafter<\/p>\n<p>                         appellant&#8217;s name figures at the behest of the deceased as told to<\/p>\n<p>                         the informant, which is radically changing the allegation as earlier<\/p>\n<p>                         made.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Be that as it may, let the appellant, namely, Ranjeet Rai<\/p>\n<p>                         be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>                         Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                         satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-F.T.C.-IV, Samastipur in<\/p>\n<p>                         connection with Sessions Trial No.225\/1999.
