It is submitted<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioner was placed under suspension after filing the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition and that order was challenged in W.P.(C) No.37742 of 2008. In<\/p>\n<p>view of the subsequent developments, the Writ Petition has become<\/p>\n<p>infructuous.
