Anr.\n                              ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.    14.10.2011             Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to<\/p>\n<p>                    implead the complainant as Opposite Party No. 2.<\/p>\n<p>                              It has been submitted that even now the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is ready to settle the differences with the<\/p>\n<p>                    Opposite Party No. 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Issue notice to Opposite Party No. 2 by both<\/p>\n<p>                    processes i.e. ordinary process as well as registered cover<\/p>\n<p>                    with A\/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within<\/p>\n<p>                    ten days, failing which the application shall stand<\/p>\n<p>                    dismissed without further reference to a Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                              The rule is made returnable within               three<\/p>\n<p>                    months.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be<\/p>\n<p>                    taken   against   the   petitioner   till   further   orders   in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Complaint Case No. 365\/2009 pending<\/p>\n<p>                    before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.<\/p>\n<p>                                                 (Anjana Prakash, J.)<br \/>\n      Vikash\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
