Dwarika Yadav, Son of Late Ram Pati Yadav\n                        All residents of Village-Lalganj, P.S.-Buxar Muffasil, P.O.-\n                        Sondilha, District-Buxar.\n                                                                            .....Petitioners.\n                                                      Versus\n                        The State of Bihar                                  .....Opposite Party.\n                        For the Petitioner        : Mr. Sumant Singh, Advocate.\n                        For the State             : APP.\n                                         ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   16.11.2011                       Heard        learned        Counsel        for        the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners            and      learned        Counsel           for    the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       With regard to an occurrence dated<\/p>\n<p>                    22.06.2011, the case has been registered on<\/p>\n<p>                    06.07.2011           though       Fardbeyan           was    given       on<\/p>\n<p>                    22.06.2011 at P.M.C.H., Patna in which Bharat<\/p>\n<p>                    Singh       has      alleged      that       his   son      Dharmendra<\/p>\n<p>                    Kumar was assaulted upon his head by Ashok<\/p>\n<p>                    Yadav and others including the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Submission           is     that        the      victim<\/p>\n<p>                    Dharmendra           Kumar      was     initially          admitted      at<\/p>\n<p>                    Sadar       Hospital,         Buxar      and     it    was       reported<\/p>\n<p>                    that       the     deceased        has       received        injury      on<\/p>\n<p>                    account         of     his     fall.      This     fact       has       come<\/p>\n<p>                    through Annexure-2. The petitioners are not<\/p>\n<p>                    the      assailant         of     the     deceased          and    it    is<\/p>\n<p>                    confirmed            by    the      post-mortem             examination<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering           the      facts        and<\/p>\n<p>            circumstances of the case, the above named<\/p>\n<p>            petitioners are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>            bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>            (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>            like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>            learned   Chief       Judicial   Magistrate\/Buxar      in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S.
