Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :24\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             K.HEMA, J.\n                    ------------------------------\n                       B.A. No.4270 OF 2008\n                    ------------------------------\n                Dated this the 24th day of July, 2008\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The alleged offence is under Section 302 of I.P.C. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has allegedly inflicted a slab injury on the deceased<\/p>\n<p>and he succumbed to the injury.         A knife was used for the<\/p>\n<p>offence.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The petitioner was arrested on 23.05.2008 and he is in<\/p>\n<p>custody since then. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that,<\/p>\n<p>taking into consideration the stage of investigation, he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in granting bail to the petitioner on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      Hence petitioner is granted bail on the following terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      (i)  The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the<\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction of the Magistrate court concerned.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      (ii) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>           Officer on every Monday and Thursday between 10<\/p>\n<p>           a.m. and 1 p.m. until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A.4270\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      (iii) The petitioner shall not enter the limits of the police<\/p>\n<p>            station within which the crime is registered except for<\/p>\n<p>            compliance of the direction in Clause No.(ii) above.<\/p>\n<p>      (iv)  The petitioner shall not influence or threaten any<\/p>\n<p>            witness or commit any offence while on bail and in<\/p>\n<p>            case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to be<\/p>\n<p>            cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petition is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      K.HEMA, JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>pac<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Tomy Antony vs State Of Kerala on 24 July, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl..No. 4270 of 2008() 1.
