It   is   the<\/p>\n<p>contention of the petitioner that only members of the club are<\/p>\n<p>allowed   to   enjoy   the   facilities   in   the   club   and   it   is   not   a<\/p>\n<p>public   premise   and,   therefore,   they   should   not   be   harassed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Government   Pleader   submitted   that   police   is   not   harassing,<\/p>\n<p>but,   only   conducted   search   to   find   out   whether   any   illegal<\/p>\n<p>activities   are   carried   on   and   whether   members   are   drinking<\/p>\n<p>liquor   in   that   place   and   no   crime   is   registered.
