Poojari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service<br \/>\n\tof notice of Rule on behalf of the Respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpresent application has been filed by the applicant-convict through<br \/>\n\tjail for the grant of temporary bail for a period of 21 days on the<br \/>\n\tground of making arrangement for payment of fine, which is Rs.750\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplicant-convict is convicted in Sessions Case No.185\/2001 passed<br \/>\n\tby the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadodara vide Judgment &amp;<br \/>\n\tOrder dated 27.04.2005 recording the conviction for the offence<br \/>\n\tunder Sections 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code and under<br \/>\n\tSection 135 of the Bombay Police Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>As<br \/>\n\tit transpires from the jail  remarksheet, the applicant was released<br \/>\n\tearlier on temporary bail twice and he had absconded for 202 days.<br \/>\n\tFurther, considering the jail remarks and also the fact that the<br \/>\n\tamount of fine is only Rs.750\/-, the grounds do not justify the<br \/>\n\tentertainment of the present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,<br \/>\n\tthe present application stands rejected.
