Accordingly, this application is allowed.  The applicant<br \/>\nis ordered to be released on bail in connection with 3rd<br \/>\nCR No. 5120\/2010 registered with Talod police  station for the<br \/>\noffences alleged against him in this petition on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with one surety<br \/>\nof the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower court and subject<br \/>\nto the following conditions that he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tNot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage if his\/her their liberty or misuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto act in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before Talod  police station  fortnightly between \t9 am<br \/>\nand  2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tto<br \/>\nleave State of Gujarat without prior permission of the<br \/>\n\tcourt\/Sessions Judge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)<br \/>\n surrender his passport, if any, to the lower court within a week;\n<\/p>\n<p>       (g)<br \/>\n    Furnish the address of his residence to the IO and also to the<br \/>\ncourt, at  the time of execution of the bond and shall not change his<br \/>\nresidence without prior permission of this court;\n<\/p>\n<p>(h)<br \/>\n    Not  to leave India without prior permission \tof the court;\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above condition is committed, the Sessions Judge<br \/>\nconcerned will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate action in<br \/>\nthe matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the lower court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
