Respondent\n\n\n\n\n\tThis writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent in his proceedings R.No.A2\/24653\/2002, dated 18.11.2002 and quash the same. \n\n\t   For petitioner  :  Ms.Vijayakumari Natarajan\n\n\t   For respondents :  Mr.A.Arumugam\n\t\t\t      Additional Government Pleader \n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has challenged the proceedings of the respondent in R.No.A2\/24653\/2002, dated 18.11.2002, cancelling the permit granted by the respondent for the period from 11.8.2000 to 10.8.2005. Since the permission period had expired, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
