RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n              ---------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.7591 OF 2010\n               ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 9th day of March, 2010.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is the appellant in an appeal filed under<\/p>\n<p>Rule 18(i) of the Transfer of Registry Rules, which is produced as<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P3. The petitioner filed an application seeking mutation of<\/p>\n<p>the property which belonged to her late mother Smt.Annamma in<\/p>\n<p>the joint names of all legal heirs of late Annamma ie. petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and respondents 4 to 7 before the 3rd respondent Village Officer.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The application was rejected as per Exhibit P1 on the<\/p>\n<p>ground that there is an error crept in the sale deed when<\/p>\n<p>compared    to   the   survey    number     of  the   property  on<\/p>\n<p>measurement. It was suggested that a rectification deed may be<\/p>\n<p>executed. Exhibit P2 is the order passed by the 2nd respondent<\/p>\n<p>wherein Exhibit P1 order had been confirmed. Thereafter, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner preferred a Transfer of Registry Appeal as per<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P3.   It is pointed out that the appeal was posted for<\/p>\n<p>hearing on 14.10.2009, 04.11.2009, 23.12.2009 and 20.01.2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.7591\/2010                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and now it is posted to 07.04.2010. The petitioner seeks for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to dispose of the appeal within a time frame.<\/p>\n<p>       Heard the learned Government Pleader for the official<\/p>\n<p>respondents.        There will be a direction to the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Divisional Officer to take a decision on Exhibit P3, after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7, within a period of<\/p>\n<p>two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with<\/p>\n<p>copy of the writ petition for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   T.R.
